Summer is coming at MYBARRIO with the next special summer pop up at Soho House, on June 15 and 16. That is why in honor of the beautiful area of Empordà and the Costa Brava, we wanted to show you with analog photos our favorite places and corners just 2 hours from Barcelona. Enjoy it.
As a starting point for the route we took, we chose La Bisbal d’Empordà, the most important temple of ceramics and crafts in Catalonia. An essential shopping place to see is: Cul de Sac, Concept Store with its café-restaurant.
That pool, everyone’s dream, is a private pool between Fornells and Cala Aiguablava. You can go on the round path and you can see it from the road. But keep it secret, as much as you can… We already know, it is the last straw to comment knowing that we have it on our blog. 😉
Another essential excursion on the Costa Brava is, in addition to Cadaqués and Portlligat, going trekking through Cap de Creus.
The Costa Brava has a unique enchantment, mixing history, art, crafts and nature. Colors are amazing. Better to go out of season, but the coves are inaccessible.
Secluded area of the Cala Aiguablava. Good place to be “calmer”. We fell in love with all the details of the Costa Brava.
To go with that local lifestyle, we recommend the MYBARRIO clothing (swimsuits, towels, fans, raffia bags, espadrilles, glasses), all made by local designers from Barcelona… Click here to see our selection.
And if you are in Barcelona on June 15 and 16, we hope to see you in our pop up “Special Summer Edition” at Soho House Barcelona. Click here to download your invitation.
