Your purchase is 100% secure as all information is transferred encrypted under the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). At no time MYBARRIO stores the data of your card. The card data are managed directly by banks, Stripe online payment platforms through their payment gateways, ensuring management, reliability and adequate protection.

You must enter your discount code in the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ field in your cart before finalizing your order and paying. Once you have entered the promotional code, click “Validate code” to apply it to your online purchase order.

The applicable discount codes are not cumulative, so you can only use and apply one discount code per order.

Promotional codes are not applicable in the service of direct purchase in the seller’s physical store.

Yes, you only have to check the option “company” in personal data and cover the tax data we ask you.


When processing your purchase we will show you the shipping methods available for that order and indicate the shipping costs.

  • Standard delivery to Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands -4,95 EUR 
  • Delivery esprés in less than 24h for Barcelona metropolitan air -6,95 EUR

 The delivery time will depend on the area of origin and the address where orders should be sent. As a general rule and as a standard option you should take into account a period of approximately 2 – 5 working days for the whole of Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands). In some cases, you will also have available the option of express delivery in the metropolitan area of Barcelona in a maximum period of 24 hours in working days. For abroad deliveries (Europa, Asia, America, Africa) take into account a 5 – 10 workings days period.

MYBARRIO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies. Nevertheless MYBARRIO will inform punctually of the possible delays. There is also the possibility of variations in the days of delivery during the summer season, holidays and periods of more movement.

The price of the articles does not include the price of transport. Unless otherwise indicated on our website, carriage is always at the customer’s expense.

Deliveries that cannot be made due to difficulties of access will be borne by the customer both the round trip. They must notify any detail to facilitate the delivery.

For furniture or objects of decoration : the prices do not include the assembly for the articles that require it.

The transport service does not include the ascent to floors. The material is delivered fully packed and protected inside its box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of the same before its final destination, any damage caused will be beyond our responsibility. delivery times shown on the web are indicative.

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do so, go to the “orders placed” section of your account.

If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email.

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.-never in a post office box), in the MYBARRIO warehouse in Barcelona or for items of volume or fragile, directly in the shop/space of the seller in Barcelona.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order will leave the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier will contact you by sms or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.

Shipping & Returns

Given the nature of the product, claims will be accepted for those products that present breakages due to causes of transport, for this you will have to record in the book of the carrier itself. once received the goods you have a period of 24 hours to claim in case of incident, send us a photograph of the incident via email so that we can manage it. After 24 hours we will not be responsible if the incident has been caused by the transport company. Mybarrio.es reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the deadline, or garments and products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

The deadline for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days after receipt of the order.  

The deadline for a change of size or item is 5 calendar days after receiving the order.

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of return. The costs of shipping and collection in case of return will be borne by the customer.

In some cases the colors and measures are indicative close to reality but not 100% reliable, for specific cases you should consult with us as returns for technical reasons will be borne by the customer.

To make such a return, the product must be in its original packaging without having been used and without damage. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the state of the goods, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.

Real colours may differ slightly to the colours you see on your monitor. The same thing happens with measures as most of the products are handmade and craft. Don’t hesitate to let us know about it by email. 

Mybarrio.es only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally you get a garment with some tara. If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered please contact our customer service department.


All the returns are in charge of the buyer (except for defective article or error on the part of MYBARRIO in the shipment), or by withdrawal, change of size or change of article.

In Mybarrio.es: go to My Account > Orders and returns to request a change of size or return.

Address: We will send a carrier to pick up your return at the address of your choice.

If you have placed your order as a guest, you can request a return by accessing the link in the order confirmation email.

Almost everything, as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Underwear and swimwear: cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories must be returned in their original, complete packaging.
  • All vintage, second hand or custom pieces: cannot be exchanged or returned.

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of maximum 30 days, depending on your bank.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date we have confirmed the new shipment to you.

In MYBARRIO we do not force you to create a user profile to browse the web. To create an account in Mybarrio.es you must apply on the button “Login” at the top and create your new user account by filling in the corresponding data. If you are already registered, enter your email and password in the login section to identify yourself. Once identified you will be able to access your account, edit your profile, list of favorites, see your purchase orders or test requests at home, whenever you want from the link to your “Account” that appears at the top.

All products in the MYBARRIO catalogue are 100% original. In each product file you can consult the data of origin and designer. This means that the designers have the licenses of the products they sell. The world of design would not advance without this chain manufacturers-designers. Designers not only design interesting products, many of them actively collaborate with manufacturers to achieve a production more ecological, innovative, sustainable and with maximum respect for environmental and human rights.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible, unless the item is from a limited edition collection.

Yes, except in those products with artisan processes in which there could be a minimum difference in the finish or color.

Yes, from the shopping cart you can delete items that you do not want as long as you have not placed the order.

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
