Geometry of Light, the new intervention in the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion.

  • Post category:PLACES

You only have until February 17 to see the new artistic intervention by Luftwerk in collaboration with Iker Gil at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion. This intervention was conceived as a “contemporary lens”. Here we leave you some photos that we take to give you a little idea.

It is a 360 experience at the level of the senses: light and sound (piece by Oriol Tarragó created to measure) in a very mystical environment, reminiscent of that of David Lynch. The projection of the red lights allows us to forget about the physical and material limits of the Pavilion.

We loved it and we recommend it.

PS: We are always inspired by architecture and/or neighborhood sites when it comes to creating content and relating local design to these spaces. In this case, we think you might like these three designs:

1) Jordi Canudas’s multi-colored mobile

2) Alfred Kerbs’ futuristic glasses

3) The Stripe City ceramics by Romina Gris

4) The Color Chart by Claudia Valsells

5) The Red Analog Camera of Pop Cameras
