Mybarrio.es is an online Concept-Store of a careful selection of designers, brands, artists, fashion projects, art, decoration and lifestyle of Barcelona.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the items. These additional costs will appear in the summary of the purchase order. The shipping options and costs available vary depending on the destination, the amount of the purchase and the delivery time selected: standard or express.
We ship throughout Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and in Europe to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Monaco, Greece, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Malta, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Rusia, Albania, Turkey, North America, Asia (Honk Kong, Japan, Israel, Singapore, Australia, Korea), Africa (Morocco, South Africa, Angola), New Zealand and South America (Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Brasil, Dominican Republic, Colombia.

Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery time may be altered by the shipping companies or external reasons (force majeure, strikes, internal delays etc) that are not due to MYBARRIO and these delays don’t give any right to compensation.
Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union, or Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla etc. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses. If the country of destination cannot be found in the attached table, consult our Customer Service at email@example.com check the fee.
The companies in charge of shipping are UPS, Correos, MRW, GLS, Glovo and Stuart.
To complete the delivery of the order, it may be necessary to sign the delivery note. Before signing you must inspect the package for any defects. In case you notice something abnormal, you must state on the delivery note the defects you have identified and contact MYBARRIO within 24 hours.
ABSENCE IN THE DELIVERY
If at the time of delivery you are not in the place you indicated in your order, the delivery person will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If the contact was not possible with the telephone that you facilitated to us in your process of purchase, the the delivery person will give you notice by email, SMS or similar. All you have to do is follow the instructions in this notice to make a new delivery with the delivery person. The delivery person will try to deliver the order twice.
If you detect any delay in the delivery of your order, do not hesitate to contact us through the contact form available on mybarrio.es or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If in the second delivery attempt, the delivery person fails to deliver due to absence, your order will be returned to our offices in Barcelona.
If after 7 calendar days from the second delivery attempt, you don’t contact us, we understand that you want to withdraw from the contract and we consider it resolved. As a consequence of the cancellation of the contract, we will reimburse you the total amount of the articles, excluding the return and round trip shipping costs that will be at your charge, within a maximum period of 15 days.
If you wish to receive your order again after these 7 days, you will have to pay for a new delivery plus the cost of sending back the product to our offices.
Therefore, we recommend that in any of the above cases, you contact us through the contact form available on mybarrio.es or by e-mail to email@example.com and we will offer you our help so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.
ONLINE SHOPPING RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, you can return your purchase under the following conditions:
You have 14 calendar days to notify the withdrawal of your purchase, starting from the date of delivery of the order. After this period, we will not accept any return.
To make the return you must contact us through the contact form available on mybarrio.es, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and fill out the withdrawal form that we will provide you to request the return.
Once you have notified the withdrawal, you have a maximum of 5 calendar days to organize the return.
You can return all products by withdrawal except products of certain categories (see section “Products that can not be returned”) such as underwear, swimwear, bikinis, etc…
Returns are at your expense (either by withdrawal, or a change of size or product), unless we have detected a tare or defect in the product on delivery* (see next item) or we have sent you the wrong product (another color or another size).
* If there was any flaw in the product or an error in shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the order, sending an email to email@example.com with attached photos or via the contact form. After this period, we do not guarantee the acceptance of any return with tare or defect in the product.
The products have to be returned without having been used, as we delivered it to you: in its original packaging, labels and everything included inside, without stains, without breakage and in perfect condition of use. Do not cut the labels until you are sure that you will keep the product.
We will not refund any product that have been used, or damaged when the client tries to make it work in a wrong way. We will neither accept refunds of products that were exposed to the sun or that we wrongly used
Once the goods have been received, and after checking that they are in good condition, you will be notified of the acceptance of the return and the refund of the amount in the shortest possible period of time and in a maximum of 7 days, using the same method of payment used in the purchase, discounting the return shipping costs if you have chosen the return option with our management** (see next point below).
** You have two options for sending the return.
Manage the return on your own and pay for the shipment directly with notification of receipt to the obligatory sender, being yourself responsible for the final delivery.
Leave the sealed package at the nearest CORREOS, SEUR, UPS, MRW office with the shipping costs prepaid by us (cost of 4.95€ for Spain or 14.95€ for Europe and 24,95€ for the rest of the world), which we will deduct from the amount of the return of the product. If you choose this option, we will send you the label ready for return.
Change of size or product
MYBARRIO gives you the option to change the products or the sizes of them within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the order, however, the costs of management and transport will be borne by you. You have to make a return request by filling out the form that you can find on our website (www.mybarrio.es) and repeat a new order with the correct size or new product. After confirming the return for a change of size or product by us, you will have a maximum of 5 days to return the original product. In case of economic difference, once the return is accepted, the corresponding amount will be charged or reimbursed.
Error in shipping
In the case of an error in the sending (size, model, color, etc.), you will have to contact MYBARRIO to request the return of the same one (either by the form, your user account or by email), in a maximum term of 5 days after receiving the order. After confirming the error on our part, you will have a maximum period of 5 days to return the product. We will refund the amount of the product and return shipping costs in the shortest time possible, after receiving the return order.
Refund of the amount
The refund of the amount of the product linked to the return will be made in the same way that you used to pay for the purchase and in the shortest possible period of time and in a maximum period of 7 days, after receipt and validation of the return by MYBARRIO.
